How do you leave a country without first fighting to change it?

#CereaUnaVolta way back on 07 Feb 2014: the NOTES on my iPhoneX return "thoughts and words", scattered notes... that weigh like boulders!

There are phrases that stay with me and I've been carrying this one around with me for years!

I don't even know who said it the first time… I remember reading (and hearing) it online a lot, back then… and so it “found a home” in my backpack — along with dreams, anger, and plans.

Yes, because when you work to help (SERVE) people, professionals and businesses to find meaning, direction and identity, you often come up against a crossroads: " Stay and fight or leave and start again? "

And so I ask myself: how do you really leave — from a job that drains you, from a company that doesn't listen to you, from a sector that no longer represents you — without first trying to change it, to change YOU, to rebuild "a way of being in it"?

Over the years I have learned that every escape is often a cry (mostly silent): “You don’t see me anymore. I don’t recognize myself anymore. I’m not okay with this anymore.”

And that's where the sensitivity of my "work" comes into play:
HUMANISTIC Coaching , to shed light on who you are, not just what you do;
IKIGAI Coaching , to feel again that your profession can have a heart;
IDENTITY DESIGN because your personal (or corporate) brand also deserves a second chance;
• the concrete STRATEGY because dreaming is good but without a map (clear, simple and realistic) you won't get anywhere.

Sometimes, changing doesn't mean "leaving" but STAYING but with "a new look" ; It means rethinking your role, your Company, your offer, your way of communicating. Because, in the end, everything is never to be thrown away.

What if you discover that fighting is “no longer enough”?
Then go. But do it with awareness and consciousness, not with anger.
Do it with a plan, not an escape.
Do it with a new identity, not an old wound.
Do it knowing they will miss you.

Do it knowing that, in the difficulty of defeat, you will always carry the precious baggage of experience. Let them talk about you, let others continue the path you have traced… because, in the end, whether you like it or not… “ you are what people say - about you - when you are not in the room ” ( does that remind you of something? ).

And if after a “defeat” you end up thinking like this… trust me, you’re on the “right path”.

P.S.
Would you like to tell me about your crossroads? Have you ever had to choose between staying and going, between fighting and giving up?

Write to me! I will read you gladly and with great attention.

See you soon... and thanks for your time!
